Bill Shultz, who is Cricky's father, is our in-house broker. He moved from his home town of Burke VA, in 1965 to the Eastern Panhandle. He attended Shepherd College, and spent a year in Vietnam, with the Army's 1st Cavalry.
Bill has devoted much of the last 32 years of his life to the real estate market, as an agent, as a broker and as a developer. He and his wife of 38 years, Lana, live in Charles Town. They are reaping the rewards of living near their children and grandchildren.
