"Chaz" is the youngest son of Bill and Lana, and brother to Cricky. "Growing up Shultz" made him a realtor/developer from the get-go, and has made his status official in 2004. Chaz graduated from WVU in 2000, and has worked in Frederick, MD for a major insurance company. His background in the insurance industry and his knowledge of the community, provide us with valuable resources for our clients.
Chaz is a former WV State Champion Tennis player. He likes to hit the tennis court, go bow hunting, and is a scratch golfer.
